Since the implementation of SB 1383 — California’s groundbreaking organic waste collection bill—the Rancho Cordova Food Locker has been on the leading edge of working with food partners to reduce organic waste by receiving and distributing food recycling items.
The Rancho Cordova Food Locker’s transition into a new space brings more than just a change in location and name, it brings about an entirely new approach to providing the community with food and resources to thrive.
